Ruby was born September 10, 1913 in Davnville, VA.  James Parker was the father of her three children.  She was  remarried in November 1961 to James Carl Core (above).  James was born Jan 16, 1905 and died Dec 17, 1987 In St. Pauls, NC.  Ruby, who suffered with Alzheimer's Disease, died in a nursing home in Lumberton, NC.
